Seitan at Black n Brew

Introducing "Michael's Savory Seitan" at Black n Brew! We will debut a new menu item this Saturday called the "Mellow Mushroom"!! If you like seitan or never tried it before..you should give it a go!! Seitan is a healthy meat alternative. The mellow mushroom will be seitan with a variety of sauteed vegetables in a wrap with pesto mayo! Make sure to try it and tell us what you think!!
